Sourcer, Talent Acquisition

Our client, a giant in the payment technologies industry, is seeking a Sourcer, Talent Acquisition to provide support for experienced hires within products innovation, cyber solutions, professional services, marketing and communications. The Sourcer will be a part of a collaborative and high-performing team that focuses on “the greater good” as opposed to individuals.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Largely focused on head hunting and doing direct sourcing, reach outs, candidate engagements, pipeline and source candidates
  • Working internally with both the hiring manager and recruiters to understand the requirements and craft a sourcing strategy
  • Supporting active searches and bigger project initiatives


A well-qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • 2+ years of Recruiting Sourcer/Researcher experience
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying candidate under tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong sourcing acumen in both technical and non-technical roles
  • Strongly versed in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean searches
  • ATS experience, preferably Workday
  • CRM experience preferred
  • AIRS or similar training or certification preferred
