JustinBradley’s client, the leader in global communications across government and commercial clients, is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst for their Washington, DC area headquarters. This publicly traded company is leveraging their progressive and enthusiastic team and investing in their infrastructure to pave the way for generations of technological breakthroughs.

The Senior Compensation Analyst will play a significant role in designing, implementing and communicating global company-wide compensation programs. Acting as a consultant across business units, the Senior Compensation Analyst will bring a data driven, analytical approach to creating industry-leading programs. This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role within a high performing team.

Highlighted Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation and guidance to business partners regarding compensation related business problems;
  • Lead the sales incentive plan program and administration of program;
  • Develop analytical tools and analysis to create/improve programs and processes; and,
  • Collaborate with HR team members on special cross functional projects.

A well-qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or related field;
  • At least five years of experience in compensation related role;
  • At least one year of experience performing analytical work utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel tools; and
  • Exposure to sales compensation plans is preferred.
