Product Manager

The Product Manager will lead the day-to-day management of a new direct-to-consumer subscription product. He or she will play a key role in the ongoing analytics, performance, brand voice and overall success of the product, working closely with the Consumer Marketing, campaign operations, and creative teams. This position will be responsible for analyzing the performance of all paid and owned media efforts and recommending optimizations across paid and owned efforts accordingly, driving toward the associated KPI's. 

Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional team to manage creative messaging and oversee creation and evolution of O&O and media creative assets 
• Monitor daily engagement and conversion activity and provide regular updates to core team 
• Project manage the implementation of site enhancements and new features 
• Provide weekly sales and performance recaps to client, and collaborate with core teams on optimization recommendations based on your findings 
• Communicate regularly with internal teams including Consumer Marketing, campaign operations, and creative teams, serving as the information hub across all three teams 
• Troubleshoot issues that arise in production; escalate to appropriate parties for resolution 
• Monitor competitive trends and track features/functionality of competitive set 

Qualifications: 
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication skills 
• Results-oriented with ability to bridge the gap between tracking and optimizing to effectively and efficiently execute and deliver on sales goals 
• Ability to think strategically and to translate ideas into actions 
• 5+ years of product management, preferably related to DTC products 
• Fluency with with GAM tracking, Adobe, UTM tracking, retargeting efforts 
- Familiarity with content management tools, JIRA (or similar project management tools), Photoshop, Shopify
