Client Support Consultant

Our client, a global technology giant within the payments processing platform, is seeking a Client Support Consultant. The Client Support Consultant will help customers, internal teams and merchants better understand the products and services to help them run their businesses with actionable and valuable information-driven insights based on real behavioral and spending data. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging with new and existing clients to facilitate greater optimization of product set offered
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance product set through on-going interaction with users
  • Supporting the development and implementation of new and cutting-edge data driven solutions, tools and offerings
  • Capturing detailed and accurate information about issues, concerns and enhancements
  • Engaging with clients to complete service inquiries regarding Advisor products
  • Collaborating with cross-functional colleagues in support of products, processes and problem resolution
  • Providing Client Support subject matter expertise in the sales process to represent the differentiation that Advisors offers
  • Conducting product training sessions in-person and/or via webinar as needed

 

A well-qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering or other quantitative field or MBA with specialization in marketing or finance
  • 3+ years of Product/Customer support and/or account management experience
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office products including MS Project
  • Ability to develop and provide training across multiple products and clients
  • Understanding of Analytics and Information Services products preferred
